Our first priority is your satisfaction at the end of each day and after the completion of your project. This is a business model that many companies will claim but few will live up to expectations. Our pledge to ensure your happiness is what has given us success in the Buffalo area in such a competitive remodeling market. Perkins Home Improvement has been established as a premier contractor in the WNY area for years, and we plan to keep that reputation for generations to come.

About the Owner

Chris Perkins is the owner and president of Perkins Home Improvement. He started his aspirations for the construction industry in high school fixing and building various things around his family home and job at a restaurant. After high school Chris went on to Alfred State College as a student in the Building Trades program. During summers and after college, Chris worked for a remodeling company doing similar projects to what is offered by his company today. During this time, Chris was taking night classes at Erie Community College to further his knowledge in the construction trade by taking plumbing, business, and construction management classes.

In 2009, Perkins Home Improvement was established as a DBA and Chris began forming the company into what it is today. Working as a lone craftsman the first few years and growing the company from there, Chris is still a hands on owner – always being present and often still completing the renovations right alongside his trusted crew. The company is now an LLC and with the added crewmembers is able to take on larger jobs than in the past. In 2020 Chris became a Master Electrician and holds an electrical license in many local ordinances.

Growing at this steady rate, the company has been able to remain faithful to it’s clients and understand the value in constant communication throughout each project. Never wanting to waiver from these values is the reason Chris is not looking to expand the company to the extent that details on each job might be passed over. Being the foreman on each project has and always will be a crucial element to the business model. Trusted employees, quality materials and honesty are what has vaulted this company into success and what will keep it around to serve the Buffalo area for years to come.
